摘要
针对化工工业常用的PT表面多孔陶瓷介质CO脱除催化剂,通过控制变量法,分别实验研究了反应温度、气态空速以及进口CO浓度这三个重要参数对CO催化氧化脱除的影响。并通过工况的比对分析,研究了这三个参数混合作用下对催化效果的影响。由此提出了通过调整工况改善CO催化氧化效果的方法。
From the practical problems in industrial production, in view of the chemical industry commonly used PT surface porous ceramic medium CO removal catalyst, the influcence of three important parameters which are reaction temperature, gas space velocity and the inlet CO concentration, on the removal of CO oxidation by experiment through the control variable method were respectively studied. Then through comparison analysis condition, the hybrid effect of the three parameters on the removal of CO oxidation was studied. Thus the way to improve CO catalytic oxidation effect by adjusting the conditions was put forward.
