摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了(Pb1-xCax)TiO3(PCT(x))纳米晶粉和纳米薄膜。变温拉曼光谱显示PCT(0)和 PCT(20)从铁电四方相向顺电立方相的转变温度分别降低至430℃和330℃;结果同时表明PCT(0)和PCT(20)薄 膜的声子频率发生一定程度的红移或蓝移,这归因于纳米材料掺杂引起的诱导效应和晶粒尺寸效应。
Nanocrystalline (Pb1-xCax) TiO3 (PCT(x)) powders and films were prepared by the sol-gel technique. Structure phase transition was investigated by using temperature - change Raman scattering method for the PCT, the transition temperature from a ferroelectric tetragonal to a paraelectric cubic phase for PCT(0) and PCT(20) are 430℃ and 330℃, respectively. Experimental results show that all phonon frequencies display either a blue shift or a red shift. These are attributed to doping-induced or grain size -induced effects for nanomaterials.
