摘要
研究发现,在盐酸介质中痕量邻苯二胺能灵敏地阻抑Fe3+催化双氧水氧化甲基红的褪色反应。研究 了该反应的动力学参数,并探讨了反应机理,建立了一种测定环境水样中邻苯二胺的新方法。该法的测定范围 为 0.0~40.0 μg/L,检出限为 2.4 μg/L,用于环境水样中邻苯二胺的测定,获得了满意结果。
It has been found that o -phenylenediamine can sensitively inhibit the methyl red discoloration reaction with H2O2 catalyzed by Fe(Ⅲ) in chlorhydric acid medium. The kinetic parameters of the re- action were investigated and reaction mechanism was discussed. A new method for the determination of trace o -phenylenediamine was proposed with the detection limit of 2. 4 μg/L and linear range of 0.0- 40. 0 μg/L. It has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace o -phenylenediamine in envi- ronmental water sample.
