摘要
针对改装的柴油/CNG双燃料电控发动机进行了欧洲稳态循环(ESC)试验,研究分析了柴油喷射正时、柴油循环喷油量、CNG喷射正时和CNG喷射量对双燃料发动机燃烧及HC、NO x排放的影响,并对使用双燃料时和纯柴油时的燃料消耗率及热效率进行了比较。分析结果表明,燃气消耗率随着柴油的喷射提前角和替代率的减小而增加;燃料消耗率、热效率随着负荷的增加分别降低、增加;NO x、HC随着天然气喷射量的增加分别降低、增加。
Based on a modified diesel/CNG dual fuel electronically controlled engine, an European steady state cycle(ESC) test was conducted. The effects of the diesel injection timing, diesel injection quantity per cycle, CNG injection timing, and CNG injection quantity on combustion and HC and NO~ emissions of the du- al fuel engine were investigated. The fuel consumption rate and thermal efficiency for the dual fuel were also compared with that for the pure diesel. The results show that CNG consumption rate increases with the reduc- tion of the diesel injection timing advance and the rate of substitution; the rate of fuel consumption and the thermal efficiency decreases and increases with the load rising respectively; HC and NOx increases and decrea- ses with the increase of the injected CNG amount respectively.
