基于个体理性的不确定性指派问题研究

A research on the uncertain assignment problem based on individual rationality

摘要 从个体理性的视角提出不确定性指派问题的效率矩阵计算方法和求解方法.该方法扩展了证据推理权重的维度,允许被指派人基于个体理性设置权重向量,进而对任务中包含的定性数据、定量数据及不确定性数据进行融合和规范化,生成效率矩阵.在此基础上,证明了传统指派解一定满足纳什均衡,从而完善了基于个体理性的指派模型的整个计算过程.最后,以一个算例验证模型的可行性和方法的有效性. With expanding the dimensions of ER method, this paper proposed an analytical algorithm to compute the coefficient matrix in the perspective of individual rationality. Based on the assigned persons' individual rationality, the method could combine the qualitative data, quantitative data and fuzzy data simultaneously. And more importantly, we proved that the traditional solution must corre- "spond to the Nash equilibrium. Therefore, we complete the entire calculation process of the assignment model based on individual rationality. Finally, an interview planning example is examined to show the implementation process of the proposed approach.
