腹腔镜直肠癌柱状腹会阴联合切除术治疗进展期低位直肠癌疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 目前，腹腔镜直肠癌腹会阴联合根治术在国内外已广泛开展，但关于腹腔镜技术与直肠柱状切除相结合治疗直肠癌围内报道并不多见。腹腔镜技术与直肠柱状切除相结合可以兼顾直肠癌治疗的根治性和微创性。近年来，我院采用腹腔镜下直肠癌柱状经腹会阴切除术治疗进展期低位直肠癌患者20例，取得了较好疗效，现报道如下。
