摘要
试验结果表明,锻造模具钢5CrMnMo浇铸时添加稀土元素处理后,改变了硫化物夹杂的形状,细化钢的奥氏体晶粒,提高了钢的横向冲击性能,使锻造模具的使用寿命提高15%~20%。
The test results show that the die steel 5CrMnMo f or forging is treated by rear earth (RE) metal in casting, which results in modi fying thesulphide inclusion in steel, fining the austenitic grain of steel, improving th e transverse impact toughness, and increasing the service life of die for forging by 15%-20%.
