摘要
在实验室进行了海南铁矿作铺底料的烧结杯试验。结果表明 :用海南铁矿替代烧结矿作铺底料有利于提高烧结生产率 ,降低烧结能耗 ,还能改善烧结矿强度和低温还原粉化指标。在烧结过程中 ,海南矿铺底料不发生爆裂 。
The laboratory test of Hainan iron ore as bedding material was conducted in the sinter pot. Results have proved that the Hainan iron ore instead of sinter as bedding material contributed to increasing sinter productivity and decreasing the fuel consumption, and also improving tumbler strength and the low temperature breakdown index of sinter.The Hainan iron ore as bedding material didn't crack and could remove crystal water and sulfur impurity during the course of sintering.
