摘要
借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜和电子探针 ,分析了反向凝固轧制后的不锈钢带的熔合区及碳的扩散 ,并研究了铬元素和铁元素沿横截面的分布情况。试验结果表明 ,母带和凝固层靠相互扩散形成固溶体而实现良好的冶金结合。
By optical microscope,SEM and electronic probe, the weld area and diffusion process of carbon in the inversion cast stainless steel were studied. The distribution of Cr and Fe along the cross section was also investigated. The results show that the mother sheet and the grown layer are bonded by diffusion forming a solid solution.
