摘要
高职院校的协同创新是当前研究热点之一。高职院校主导的人才培养校企协同创新,重点在于构建校企协同顶岗实习平台及相关机制,并践行人才培养协同、学生发展协同和企业需求协同。在协同创新视域下,宏观上建立校企协同顶岗实习战略联盟,中观上构建校企协同顶岗实习平台及其运行机制,微观上践行校企协同顶岗实习运行机制。
Cooperative innovation in higher vocational colleges is one of current research hotspots. The key of school-enterprise cooperative innovation in talents cultivation led by higher vocational schools lie in constructing school-enterprise cooperative internship platform and related mechanism, and practice the cooperation in talents cultivation, students develop- ment and enterprises demand. From the perspective of cooperative innovation, it is proposed to macroscopically establish a school-enterprise cooperative internship strategic alliance, construct a school-enterprise cooperative internship platform and related operational mechanismin in the meso-scale view, and microscopically carry out the school-enterprise cooperative in- ternship operational mechanism.
