摘要
采用中频冶炼加电渣重熔,四墩三拔锻打,对成形模具真空淬火回火及表面处理等新工艺技术,使国产“旧材料”3Cr2W8V钢的压铸铜合金的模具寿命提高了四倍,明显超过国内新模具材料Y4和进口模具钢MOC及QRO—90等材料制做模具的寿命。
With new technology of medium-frequency smelting plus electroslag remelting, forging of four-times pressing and three-times drawing, vacuum quenching and tempering formed mould and surface treatment, the working life of die-casting mould, using original nation-made material 3Cr2W8V, for copper-alloy are raised for 4 times. That surpasses obviously ones made with new nation-made mould material Y4, imported die-steel MDC and QRO-90 and so.
