摘要
讨论镍—不锈钢爆炸 +轧制复合板在不同工艺下退火后的成分、组织和性能 ,在本试验的条件下 ,该复合板都有良好的结果。由此可以根据消除应力和再结晶的需要 ,或者为了获得综合的物理和化学性能的需要而选用不同的退火工艺。同时指出 ,镍—不锈钢复合板在高温下退火的表现 ,为相图理论在爆炸焊接中的应用提供了范例。
The present paper discusses chemical compositions,structures and properties of explosion welded and rolled Ni stainless steel clad plate after annealing treatment under different process conditions.Experimental results demonstrate that the clad plate has excellent properties and different processes can be adopted in accordance with the needs for stress relief and recrystallization or needs for Obtaining composite physical and chemical properties. In the meanwhile the annealing behavior of Ni stainless steel clad plate at high temperature is also pointed so that a practical example can be provided for application of the phase diagram theory into the explosion welding process.
