论述了合金钢方坯连铸热装的优点 ,分析影响合金钢热装工艺的因素 ,尤其是针对铝氮化物析出对铝镇静钢表面质量的影响进行了探讨 ,介绍了缓冲装置的优化设计。
The advantages of hot charging process of CC billets are illustrated, and factors affecting the hot charging, especially the effect of AIN precipitation on the surface quality of Al killed steel are explored, and an optimum design of buffer is introduced in the paper
