摘要保留十二指肠的胰头切除术（Duodenum Preserving Resection of Head of Pancreas，DPRHP）是1972年由Beger首先提出，并应用于临床，该术主要用于治疗胰头部良性肿瘤及慢性胰腺炎Ⅲ。现已成为国内外治疗胰头良性疾病的常用术式之一。近期我院行本手术1例，现将护理配合体会报告如下。
