摘要
样品用0.1 mol/l NaoH溶解,采用二阶导数光谱法,在700~500nm间扫描,由618nm和591nm处的峰谷值即可计算酸性媒介藏青RRN中酸性媒介漂蓝B的含量。消除样品中酸性媒介黑T,酸性红B的干扰,不影响测定。该法操作简便,结果准确可靠。
The sample is dissolved in 0.1N NaOH solution and scanned by second derivative UVspectrophotometry, the absorbance values at 618nm and 519nm can be used to calculate thecontent of omega chrome azurine B in the sample and the interference of eriochrome blackT and acid red B are completely eliminated.
