摘要
文章针对工作分析课程的教学现状问题,从加强学生的实践能力、创新能力等培养目标提出了工作分析课程教学改革措施,主要包括使用案例教学方法、借鉴项目教学法、改进和优化课程考核方式等方面。
This paper according to the teaching present situation of ＂job analysis＂ course, some reform measures are put for- ward in order to strengthen the students＇ practical ability and innovation ability. The reform measures are increasing case stu- dy method, using project-oriented teaching method for reference and improving course assessment etc.
