摘要
本文简要介绍了钠钙硅玻璃国家一级标准物质的研制。样品在高铝瓷球磨机中研磨、混匀,以方差分析方法检验了样品的均匀度。由15个实验室采用经典化学分析方法和仪器分析方法,对样品分析测试。数据经过数理统计,给出了标准值和不确定度。该标准物质已被国家技术监督局批准为国家一级标准物质。
The preparation of soda--lime silica glass for reference material is described. The sampleswere ground by a high alumina ceramic ballmill. Varisnce analysis was used to test the homo-geneity of the samples. Classical and instrumental analytical methods were used to analyse thesamples by 15 cooperating laboratories. The data were processed by mathematical statistics. Thecertified value is approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervation.
