摘要
本文用XPS表征了玻璃表面铜、铅和锡离子的价态,并测定在浮法玻璃底表面锡离子价态的深度分布。对沾锡现象与锡离子价态之间的关系进行了讨论。
The valence states of copper, lead and tin ions in the glass surface were characterized byusing XPS. The depth distribution of the tin ion in the bottom surface of the float glass havebeen determined. The relation between the phenomenon of the tin pick--up and the valence stateof the tin ions was discussed.
