研究了 10 0 0 mm TC4钛合金叶片的锻造加热工艺和模锻叶片成形工艺 ;比较了叶片各部位的低倍和高倍组织、力学性能和腐蚀疲劳性能 ;综合评价了 10 0 0 mm
The heating procedure and forming process of 1 000 mm die forged TC4 titanium alloy steam turbine blade were studied. Macro and micro structures, mechanical properties and corrosion fatigue properties in all three main parts of the blade were comparatively analysed. The processability and properties of the blade were comprehensively evaluated.
