摘要
研究了短切碳纤维的长度、取向、体积分数对 L i O2 - Al2 O3- Si O2 玻璃陶瓷力学性能的影响 .结果表明 ,当纤维体积分数约 32 %时 ,玻璃陶瓷基复合材料的力学性能最佳 ;复合材料中纤维长度增加 ,其抗弯强度和断裂韧性均增加 ;随纤维取向角度的增大 ,玻璃陶瓷基复合材料的抗弯强度和韧性均减小 .
The effects of chopped carbon fiber length, orientation and fiber content on the mechanical properties of Li\-2O\|Al\-2O\-3\|SiO\-2 glass ceramics has been studied. The results show that, when the fiber content is 32% (volume percentage), the glass ceramic matrix compo\| site enjoys the optimal mechanical properties; the composite's bending strength and fracture toughness increase with the increase of the fiber length in the composite and decrease with the increase of the fiber's orientational angle.
