摘要
目的:评价益气活血方对气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组采用西医基础抗心衰治疗,治疗组在相同西药治疗的基础,配合口服益气活血方治疗,4周后,观察慢性心力衰竭患者治疗后症状、体征及心功能分级,并测定治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)及血清脑钠肽(BNP)值。结果:治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率77.50%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后LVEF及BNP均较治疗前有明显改善,改善程度治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血方治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭临床疗效确切,值得临床推广。
Objective ： To evaluate the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure classi- fied as qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods： We selected 80 patients who were diagnosed as chronic heart failure in our hospital from January 2010 to March 2012. The patients were randomly divided into two groups： control group（40 ca- ses） treated by routine Western medicine treatment and treatment group （40 cases）treated by routine Western medicine treatment and Yiqi Huoxue Decoction for four weeks. Before and after treatment,clinical symptoms, signs and heart clas- sification were studied. The data of LVEF and BNP were collected. Results： Total effective rate of treatment group was 95.00% , and it was 77.50% in the control group. The two groups were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05）. The LVEF and BNP in both groups were improved following the treatment and that in treatment group were superior to that in control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue Decoction is effective for chronic heart failure, and is worthy of clinical pro- motion.
