摘要
目的：观察自拟中药汤剂天贝汤加减加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效及血清总IgE的影响。方法：依据纳入标准筛选符合咳嗽变异性哮喘诊断的3～14岁患儿，共80例，随机分成试验组40倒和对照组40例。试验组服用天贝汤加减，并随证加减，对照组口服酮替芬和氨茶碱片，疗程均为28d。观察两组治疗前后患儿的临床综合改善率和血清总IgE水平的改变。结果：试验组天贝汤加减对咳嗽变异性哮喘的显效率为77．5％，对照组显效率为45．0％，两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。在对血清总IgE水平的影响方面，两组治疗后血清总IgE水平与同组治疗前比较，P〈0．05；试验组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比，P〈0．05，存在统计学差异。结论：天贝汤加减对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘有显著的临床疗效，可降低咳嗽变异哮喘患儿血清总IgE水平。
Objective：To observe the effect of self - made Tianbei Decoction on treating children with cough variant asthma and the influence on serum total IgE. Methods：Based on inclusion criteria, a total of 80 cases of 3 - 14 years old children in line with the diagnosis of cough variant asthma were involved in this study, and were randomly divided into ex- perimental group and control group （ n = 40 ）. The test group was given modified Tianbei Decoction according to syndrome differentiation, and control group was given oral ketotifen and aminophylline tablets, 28 days was a treatment course. Be-tore and after treatment, clinical improvement rate and changes in total serum IgE levels were observed. Results ： The markedly effective rate in experimental group was 77.5%, and the markedly effective rate was 45.0% in the control group, two groups were significantly different （P 〈 0.05 ）. For total serum IgE level, after treatment, serum total IgE levels within the group before treatment had significant difference, P 〈 0.05 ; after treatment, the treatment group had sig- nificant difference compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Tianbei Decoction in treatment of cough variant asthma in children has significant clinical efficacy, and can reduce total serum IgE levels of cough variant asthma in children.
