摘要
目的:观察长蛇灸治疗脾肾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效及对血清IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α等细胞因子的影响。方法:将59例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组29例。治疗组采用长蛇灸配合俞募配穴针灸治疗;对照组采用俞募配穴针灸治疗,连续治疗4周。对比两组患者临床疗效;用放免法测定两组治疗前后血清IL-2、TNF-α水平,用ELISA法测定两组治疗前后血清IFN-γ水平。结果:两组患者疗效比较,治疗组总有效率63.3%;对照组总有效率41.4%。两组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后IL-2、IFN-γTNF-α水平均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组治疗后IL-2、IFN-γ水平显著升高(P<0.05),TNF-α无明显变化(P>0.05);两组治疗后比较,IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:长蛇灸配合俞募配穴针灸可较大地提高脾肾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者的疗效,其取效的机制可能是升高患者血清IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α等细胞因子的水平,提高免疫力。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of long snake moxibustion on chronic fatigue syndrome with spleen and kidney deficiency type and its effect on IL - 2, IFN -γ, TNF - α and other cytokines. Methods : 59 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (30 cases) and control group (29 cases). The treatment group was given snake moxibustion with Shu and Mu acupoints while control group was given Shu and Mu acupoints for 4 weeks. The clin- ical efficacy was compared between two groups of patients. Before and after treatment, the levels of serum IL - 2 and TNF - α as well as serum IFN - γ were measured by radioimmunoassay and ELISA respectively. Results : The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups of patients. The total effective rate was 63.3% and 41.4% in the treatment group and control group. There was a significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). After treatment, in the treatment group, the levels of IL - 2, IFN - γ and TNF -αwere increased significantly (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). After treatment, in the control group, the levels of IL - 2 and IFN - γ were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) and the levels of TNF - α showed no significant change ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was a significant difference in the levels of IL - 2, IFN - γ and TNF - α between two groups after treatment (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Long snake moxibustion with Shu and Mu acupoints can greatly improve the efficacy for chronic fatigue syndrome patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type. Such mecha- nism may result in elevated levels of serum IL - 2, IFN - γ, TNF -α, and other cytokines, and enhance immunity.
