摘要
目的:分析肿瘤医院中药在治疗肿瘤方面的应用情况,为指导中药房工作和中医临床用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,统计和分析肿瘤医院2011全年门诊中医处方各中药的用药频度(DDDs)、用药剂量和每张处方的平均药味、平均帖数、平均帖价。结果:用药频次排序前30味的中药使用频度均在14%以上,主要为补气药、利湿化痰药、清热解毒药,其中排前5位的药品依次为茯苓、薏苡仁、炒白术、炒黄芩、山药;每张中医处方的平均药味为18.4味、平均帖数为15.2帖、均次价格为913.95元、平均帖价为60.11元。结论:肿瘤的中医治疗以扶正药为主,祛邪为辅、做到补虚适度、补虚不留邪,中药治疗对于肿瘤患者手术治疗、放射治疗及化学治疗后调节各方面生理机能、提高免疫系统功能、增强体质方面具有极其重要的意义,但用药剂量偏大,药味偏多,价格偏高,应进一步规范其临床使用,加强用药安全性和经济性。
Objective ： To analyze the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer for the ref- erence of clinical pharmacy work and traditional Chinese medicine. Methods ： The retrospective investigation was applied for statistics and analysis of outpatient prescriptions of Chinese medicine （DDDs） in our hospital in 2011, including the frequency of Chinese drugs, the dosage, average kinds of prescription medicines and the average price of posts. Results ： The top 30 kinds of drugs had the DDDs more than 14% , which were mainly Qi - supplementing drugs, damp - elimina- ting and phlegm - resolving drugs, heat - clearing and toxin - eliminating drugs and the top 5 were row tuckahoe, coix seed, white atractylodes rhizome, Radix Scutellariae,fried yam. The average kinds of each prescription was 18.4,the av- erage post was 15.2 posts, and the average price was 913.95 yuan,and the average price of post was 60.11 yuan. Conclu- sion： TCM therapy for tumor is strengthening medicine,companied by eliminating evils. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy after the adjustment have extremely important significance to enhance the physical aspects of physiological function, im- prove the immune system function, but the dosage is too large and there are too many ingredients, and the price is high. We should further standardize its clinical use and strengthen the safety and economy.
