摘要
研究了15种稀土(Ⅲ)对鲁米诺-过氧化氢-铬(Ⅲ)体系化学发光的抑制作用及其影响因素,在此基础上首次建立了稀土(Ⅲ)流动注射化学发光分析法,其特点是:对测定任何混合稀土和测定经分离后的单一稀土分量都只需采用一种稀土(Ⅲ)作标准,或在轻、重稀土组中各采用一种稀土(Ⅲ)作为测量标准;灵敏度较高,线性范围(10^(-7)~10^(-4)mol/l)宽,检出限为2.4×10^(-8)mol/l;仪器简单、操作方便,分析快速。
The method of determing rare earth(Ⅲ) (R. E ions) by flow injection-chemiluminescence(CL)analysis has been developed. This method is based on the inhibiting effect of R. E ions on the CLof Luminol-H_2O_2-Cr (Ⅲ) and has 3 characteristics: (1) All the determinations, not only for thetotal amount of R. E ions, but for any R.E ion separated as well, can be carried out by usingonly one R.E ion or one from light and heavy rare earth groups respectively as the standard tocalculate. (2) A higher sensitivity and wider linear range (10^(-7)--10^(-4)mol/L R.E) have beenobtained with the detection limit of 2.4×10^(-8)mol/L R. E(Ⅲ). (3) The equipment is simple andeasy to operate fast.
