摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT在结肠癌诊断和治疗的临床价值。方法:分析经手术和病理证实87例结肠癌的螺旋CT影像学资料,并加以总结。结果:本组87例手术和病理证实的结肠癌,发生在升结肠癌25例,横结肠癌6例,降结肠癌24例,乙状结肠癌32例。肠壁增厚、肠腔肿块及狭窄、癌性溃疡、肠套叠和肠梗阻是结肠癌的主要CT影像学表现。结论:螺旋CT对结肠癌诊断与分期价值较高,能够为临床诊断和治疗提供重要的参考依据,对临床制订治疗方案及治疗后评估具有重要指导意义。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of spiral CT scans in the diagnosis and treatment of the colonic car- cinoma. Methods：Spiral CT findings with colonic carcinoma in 87 cases analyzed summarized. All the cases had been confirmed by histopathology and surgical. Results： Spiral CT findings of 87 cases with surgically and pathologically provedcolonic carcinoma which comprised 25 ascending colonic carcinoma,6 transverse colonic carcinoma. 24 descending colon- ic carcinoma and 32 sigmoid colon carcinomas, the wall thickening, mass, lumen stenosis, cancer ulcer, intussusception and intestinal obstruction major form of CT imaging with colonic carcinoma. Conclusions：Spiral CT scans play an impor- tant role in the diagnosis and staging of the colonic carcinoma. Spiral CT scans can provide an important frame of refer- ence and has impoltant guiding significance in treatment protocols and post treatment evaluation.
