摘要
以掺杂5%(质量分数)木质素、抭坏血酸或纤维素为碳源制备正极材料LiFeP O 4/C。通过X射线衍射(X R D)、扫描电镜(S E M)及充放电性能测试等方法对其晶体结构、微观形貌和电化学性能进行分析研究。结果表明:制备的LiFeP O 4/C都具有单一的橄榄石型晶体结构,且无明显的杂质相存在。木质素作为一种天然产物对LiFeP O 4进行掺杂改性,明显改善了复合材料的电化学性能,在0.2 C的放电电流下,首次放电比容量最高达到144.7 m A h/g,经30次循环后放电比容量为146.57 m A h/g。
Cathode material LiFePOJC was synthesized with 5% lignin, ascorbic acid or cellulose as carbon sources. The crystalline structure, morphology and electrochemical performance of LiFePO,/C were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and charge-discharge performance test methods. The results show that LiFePOJC is simple pure phase olivine-type crystal structure and no obvious impurity phase. LiFePO/C composite materials, doped with lignin as natural carbon sources, show excellent electrochemical performance with the first discharge specific capacity of 144.7 mAh/g at the rate of 0.2 C and the discharge specific capacity of 146.57 mAh/g after 30 times cycling.
