摘要
目的:探讨个案管理对骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者疼痛及满意度的影响。方法:选择2011年6月~2012年5月,我科接受经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折的患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各40例。试验组实施个案管理,对照组接受常规护理和随访,对两组患者的疼痛和满意度进行比较。结果:试验组患者的疼痛程度明显低于对照组,而对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:实施个案管理,可减轻骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者疼痛,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective:To investigate the case management for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures affect pain and sat- isfaction. Methods : From June 2011 to May 2012, our department underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in 80 patients, according to the random number table divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group. Experimental group received case management, the control group received routine care and follow - up. Two groups of patients in pain and satisfaction were compared. Results:The results of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group, the degree of pain, while nursing job satisfaction was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The implementation of case management in reducing osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in patients with pain and im- prove patient care mad job satisfaction has important clinical significance.
