摘要
根据测量不确定的评定理论,通过实际样品测量,分析了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定四氟硼酸锂中钠含量的测定过程中检测结果的不确定度。并通过对测量过程中的各个不确定度分量的分析与量化,得出了测试结果的相对扩展不确定度,为准确测定四氟硼酸锂中钠含量提供可靠的理论依据。
Based on the theory of evaluating uncertainty, uncertainty of Sodium content of lithium tetrafluoroborate by flame atomic absorption spectrometry were analyzed by sample measurement. The relative expanded uncertainty of the test results was obtained by the process analysis and quantification the various components of uncertainty, which provided reliable theoretical basis for the accurate determination of the sodium content of lithium tetrafluoroborate.
