摘要
从杭州某农药厂污水活性污泥中分离得到1株高效降解对氟肉桂酸的细菌.根据表型特征、生理生化特性和16SrRNA序列系统发育分析,将其鉴定为红球菌属,命名为HZW-3.该菌株能以对氟肉桂酸为惟一碳源生长.当接种量为5%,接药量为500mg/L对氟肉桂酸浓度时,24h后降解率达到94.5%.在以对氟肉桂酸为惟一碳源条件下,最大降解浓度达到2 000mg/L,其最适生长温度和pH分别为30℃和7.0.
A highly effective 4-fluorocinnamic acid (4-FCA) for degrading bacterial strain HZW-3, was isolated from a fluoric agrochemicals factory. Based on its 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, the strain was identified as a Rhodococcus sp. When 4-FCA was provided as the sole carbon source, more than 94.5% of 4-FCA at concentration of 500 mg/L was degraded by strain HZW-3 within 24 h. The high concentration of 4-FCA could be degraded up to 2 000 mg/L. The optimal temperature and initial pH for growth and biodegradation were 30 ℃ and 7.0, respectively.
