摘要 针对多变量非线性系统预测控制的实时性问题,提出一种基于T-S模糊模型的预测控制快速算法。通过辨识建立非线性系统的T-S模糊模型,依据系统的运动特性和实际中控制输入增量的变化趋势选取特定基函数,将广义预测控制和预测函数控制相结合设计多变量预测控制律。该算法相比已有基于T-S模糊模型的多变量非线性广义预测控制算法大幅度减少了计算量,显著提高了控制的实时性。仿真结果验证了该算法的有效性。 A fast predictive control algorithm based on T-S fuzzy model for muhivariable nonlinear system is pro- posed in order to improve the real-time ability of predictive control. Firstly, the T-S fuzzy model of nonlinear system is established by the identification method. Secondly, the special basis functions are selected according to the mo- tion characteristics of nonlinear system and the change trend of practical control input increment. Finally, the muh- ivariable predictive control law is designed by combining generalized predictive control with predictive function con- trol. The real-time ability of control is greatly improved because the computation of this algorithm is reduced signifi- cantly compared with that of the existing generalized predictive control algorithm based on T-S fuzzy model for multi- variable nonlinear system. The simulation results show the effectiveness of this algorithm.
