摘要 针对目前市场上的400 Hz中频逆变电源总谐波畸变率(THD)过大等问题,设计了以DSP为控制核心,具有输出稳态精度高、动态性能好的中频单相逆变电源。通过深入分析输出谐波的产生原因,创新地结合无差拍控制和重复控制的优点,提出了改进的复合控制算法。将其应用在研制的逆变电源控制系统中,由实验可知THD小于1%,系统具有很强的带不平衡负载能力,完全满足工业领域中频电源的要求,有广阔的应用前景。 In view of the problem that the 400 Hz frequency inverter power total harmonic distortion (THD) is too large on the current market,a single-phase power inverter base on DSP is designed,which has output steady accuracy and good dynamic performance.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of the output harmonic, innovative using the ad- vantages of dead-beat control and repetitive control, an improved composite control algorithm is presented.Applied the algorithm into the developed inverter power control system, the experimental results show that THD is less than 1%. The system has a strong ability with unbalanced load, fully meets the requirements of industrial field of intermediate frequency power supply, and has broad application prospects.
