摘要
人事档案材料的收集是人事档案工作的起点。在新时期新形势下,对档案管理科学化、现代化、信息化有着新的要求,结合本人的工作实践,就人事档案收集工作中面临的新问题,分析了收集干部人事档案应注意的问题及应对措施。
The collection of personnel material is the first step of personnel file work. In the new era, new requirements of scientific ways, modernization and informatization have been put fmavard on personnel file management. This paper, in combination with the au- thor＇ s work, discusses the new problems facing the personnel file work, and suggests countermeasures.
