摘要
面向装备制造业的发展和东北老工业基地对机械设计制造及其自动化工程人才的需求,贯彻“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的理念,以知识传授为基础,以能力培育为重点,以道德养成为根本,注重知识、能力、素质的全面协调发展,在4～5年内,完善“3＋1”校企联合人才培养模式,制订适合工程人才培养的人才培养方案和课程体系,探索学生企业学习阶段的教学方式方法及学生管理制度,在双导师制、研究性教学和学习方法、工程实践训练和校企合作培养政策机制等方面进行改革.创新教学管理体制和机制,构建运行高效、监控有力、反馈及时的教学质量保证体系.
