水驱流向改变剂的研制及应用

摘要 针对安塞油田部分区块进入中高含水期,天然微裂缝发育,裂缝方位多的特点,以丙烯酰胺、阴离子型耐温单体C为单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,以水溶液共聚的方式,研制开发了一种堵水调剖用水驱流向改变剂,该水驱流向改变剂可封堵裂缝大孔道,改变液流方向,提高波及面积。检测表明该水驱流向改变剂具有良好的抗盐效果、热稳定性好,在I型、III型盐水中抗压强度分别达到4564 N和3216N。2012年在安塞油田王窑区应用2口注水井,注入压力升幅为1.9~4.1 MPa,吸水厚度分别从6.4 m、4.5 m上升为10.2 m和12.1 m,取得了显著的调剖效果。 In view of some blocks in Ansai oil field has entered the high water cut period, natural fracture, characteristics of crack orientation much, acrylamide, anionic temperature andmonomer C as monomer, N,N-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent, with water solution copolymerizationmethod, developed a kind of profile control and water plugging water flooding to change the agent, the polymer gelcan plug big pore crack, change the direction of liquid flow, improve the sweep area. Test show that the polymer gel has good salt effect, good thermal stability, in the l type, III type brine compressive strength reached 4564N and 3216N. Application of 2 wells inAnsai oilfield in 2012 in Wangyao area, injection pressure increase was 1.9 - 4.1 MPa, thickness from 6.4 m, 4.5 m to10.2 m and 12.1 m, has achieved remarkable effect of profile control.
