摘要
西方企业管理伦理思想的发展经历了科学管理理论、行为科学理论及企业文化管理理论三个阶段 ,在这一发展过程中 ,伦理道德始终是一个主要问题 ,并逐渐形成了“以人为本”的管理思想。
The development of ethics of Western enterprise management has gone through three stages of scientific management,behavior management and enterprise cultural management.In the course of development,ethics has always been the principal issue and has helped shape the humanistic management ideology.This is an important revelation to China's economy in the transitional period and open-door environment.
