摘要
对管理本质进行探讨主要是为了解决管理中存在的根本性的问题，对此，西方管理理论缺乏这方面的研究。本文通过对中国传统管理思想、管理文化、以及东方管理学派提出的管理的本质可以概括为“人为为人”的研究基础上，从“人为”和“为人”两个不同角度分析总结了管理的八个本质特征。
Inquiring into the essence of management mainly serves the purpose of solving the fundamental problems existing in management on which Western management theories lack research． Based on the research of traditional Chinese management philosophy and culture the Oriental Management School thinks that the management essence can be generalized as the following two aspects：“Everybody takes care of me and I take care of everybody”． This paper analyzes and summarizes eight fundamental characteristics of management in the perspective of the above－mentioned two aspects．
