摘要
建立了某型号笔记本计算机机身系统(包括bottom、top、PCB组件、硬盘等)的动力学有限元模型,基于模态瞬态动力学法对建立的动力学模型进行了半正弦载荷下的冲击响应分析,得到了机身5个侧面在受到冲击时硬盘上特定区域的加速度响应,分析结果与实际测试结果比较一致。动力学分析的结果一方面揭示了机身的动力学特性,另一方面又可用于指导机身结构的优化设计。
This paper develops the dynamic model of a portable computer body system, including bottom,top and PCB components and HDD etc, performs the half sine load shock response analysis of this model based on model transient analysis and gets accelera- tion response data in several areas of HDD.Its results are in agreement with the test results. The dynamic results can not only reveal the dynamic properties of the body system, but also guide engineers in its structure optimization.
