摘要
文章首先描述了中老缅泰次区域的范围、概况及其产生的背景、发展趋势和意义。在系统分析次区域交通网络现状的基础上 ,提出了以次区域澜沧江—湄公河国际航运为主轴 ,以中老泰、中缅泰通道为骨架构建的公路、铁路和空运立体交通网络建设的步骤、重点和选择方案及对策。
This paper described firstly the scope, general situation ,background ,developing tendency and significance of international subregional cooperation of the connective part of China, Laos, Burma and Thailand. On the basis of analysis of present situation of the subregional traffic network, the author promoted that we must base on exploiation of shipping project in Lancang River-Mekong River firstly, and speed up traffic network construction of land chunnel and airports between four countries of the subregion.
