摘要
在明胶生产的提胶工艺中,明胶浓度的是一个很重要的控制参数,但目前的检测手段多为离线人工检测,影响了生产效率和产品质量。该文采用软测量的方法对明胶浓度进行计算和估计,分别采用RBF和SVM的方法建立软测量模型。实验结果表明,应用软测量的方法可以很好的实现胶液浓度的检测,且SVM模型简单,响应速度快,可作为应用软测量实现明胶浓度在线检测的有效方法。
The concentration of gelatin measured by hand off -line is an important control parame-ters, the results lag and are low accuracy , which is not conducive to improving productivity and quality of gelatin .This paper applied soft measurement technology to calculate and estimate the concentration of ge -lation, soft measurement modeling using SVM and RBF .Simulation results show that soft measurement technology based on SVM effective in determination of the concentration of gelatin .The SVM model is simple and fast response .It is an efficient method in order to achieve the concentration of gelatin on -line in the automatic control system .
