摘要
以高炉TRT发电装置静叶伺服控制系统故障失效分析为出发点,阐述了静叶伺服系统各种故障现象,以及对高炉工艺生产的影响效果。并结合用户实际工程案例,提出了TRT装置静叶控制系统故障分析方法及解决方案。
This paper explained several fault phenomenon of stator blades servo -controller system and the influence to the blast furnace process based on the analysis of the blast furnace TRT generating set stator blades servo -controller system failure .With the users ’ engineering examples , analysis and so-lutions of these TRT generating set stator blades servo -controller faults is proposed .
