摘要
动态血压的测量对心血管疾病的诊断和治疗具有重要的临床意义。动态血压监测系统可以实时记录患者的血压值,准确、实效帮助医生诊断高血压。设计的动态血压监测系统以MSP430F5529为微控制器(MCU),通过即时时钟(RTC)DS1388定时控制DRV8830启动泵阀,实现定时监测血压。该系统实现了定时测量、原始数据存储、LCD实时显示等的功能。系统可通过MCU内置的USB接口上传原始数据到PC,对测试数据进行分析、判断。本文设计的动态血压监测系统体积小、功耗低,可长时间定时监测血压,对高血压和临近高血压,以及心血管疾病的预防、诊断有重要作用。
Ambulatory blood pressure measurement has important clinical significance for diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring system can real-tlme record patient' s blood pressure values, accurately and effectively help doctors to diagnose hypertension. The design of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring system is based on micro-controller unit (MCU) MSP430F5529, which can timing control DRV8830 starting pump valve by realtime clock ( RTC ) DS1388. The system achieves functions of timing measurements, raw datas storing , LCD realtime displaying. The system can upload raw datas through USB interface build-in MCU to PC, and analyze and judge measurement datas. This ambulatory blood pressure monitoring system has small size, low power consumption and can monitor blood pressure regularly for a longtime, and has important role in prevention and diagnosis of hypertension near hypertension and cardiovascular disease.
