摘要
著作权利益平衡是网络信息资源共享面临的重要难题。借鉴经济学领域的产品属性和外部性理论,对网络信息资源共享中著作权补偿原理进行解析,从法律视角和经济视角,构建网络信息资源共享中著作权利益平衡的理论框架。
Balance of copyright interest has become a crucial issue in network information resource sharing. On the basis of product attribute and externality theory in the filed of economics, this paper analyzes the network information resource copyright compensation principle, and puts forward a theoretical frame of balance of copyright interest in network information resource sharing from the perspectives of law and economics.
