摘要
目的 探讨套管式活检枪在CT导引下穿刺的应用。方法 运用套管式活检枪进行活检诊断及治疗 80例 ,运用抽吸式穿刺针进行活检诊断 32例。对两者进行回顾性分析并评价两者的临床应用价值。结果 所有病例均穿刺成功 ,未发生严重并发症。套管式活检枪和抽吸针在鉴别良恶性病灶的正确率分别为 96 .8%和 87.5 %。穿刺活检组织学分型的诊断正确率分别为 93.6 %和 6 2 .5 %。结论 运用套管式活检枪能提高取样和诊断的正确性 ,而且可以行介入治疗。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of detachable biopsy gun. Methods 80 cases performed by detachable biopsy gun and 32 cases undergone fine needle aspiration were analysed retrospectrely. Both the technical methods and clinical value were compared. Results All percutaneous biopsy of 112 cases were successfully done under CT guidance. The accuracies of differential diagnosis between benign and malignant lesions were 96.8% accomplished by detachable biopsy gun and 87.5% by fine needle aspiration and those of histologic diagnosis were 93.6% and 62.5%, respectively. Conclusion The detachable biopsy gun can improve accuracy of the diagnosis and sampling. It can also be used for interventional medical treatment.
