摘要
量子点(QDs)是一类纳米级的无机荧光染料,以其优良的荧光性能在食品检测上引起了广泛关注。由于量子点荧光探针技术能大幅度缩短检测时间,并且成本低廉,现已被应用于多种食源致病菌检测上。文章主要综述量子点荧光探针在食源致病菌检测上的研究进展。
Quantum dots(QDs) are a class of inorganic nanometer fluorescent dye,and the application in the detection of food safety research is becoming a hotpot. For the fluorescent probes based on quantum dots can greatly shorten the detection time with a lower cost, it has been applied to various kinds of food-borne pathogen detection. This article mainly summarized the commonly used patho genic bacteria detection methods, properties of the quantum dots and their research progress in food borne pathogen.
