摘要
以船舶燃气轮机进气滤清装置的布置形式为研究对象,利用多孔介质边界条件结合进气滤清装置阻力特性,解决了进气系统三维数值模拟时不同流速条件下总压损失不能直接确定的问题。模拟了滤清装置的常规布置形式与三角形和梯形布置形式下的进气系统全流场,确立了总压损失与通流面积比的关系。对比分析相同通流面积不同滤清装置布置形式下的总压损失,得到了布置参数与总压损失的关系。研究结果对于进气系统总体设计与性能优化具有一定的参考价值。
Taking the layout forms of intake filter system for marine gas turbine as the study object, using the porous medium boundary condition and the resistance performance of intake filter, the problem of confirming the intake filter's total pressure loss under different flow rate is solved by using 3D numerical simulation. By simulating the overall flow field of conventional intake filter ~ layout forms with triangular and trapezoidal layout forms, the relation between the total pressure loss and the flow area ratio is obtained Based on the contrast and analysis of the total pressure loss under different layout forms, the relation between arranging parameters and total pressure loss with same flow area is obtained The result has some reference value on overall design and performance optimization of the intake system.
