摘要
为观察祛寒逐风合剂治疗痹的临床疗效 ,以风湿液为对照 ,在临床症状基本相同的条件下进行疗效观察 ,结果表明祛寒逐风组优良率为 98.3% ,对照组优良率为 86 .3% ,两组比较 P<0 .0 1,表明祛寒逐风合剂疗效明显优于对照药物。观察认为 ,祛寒逐风合剂具有温经祛寒、逐风除湿、活血止痛、补养肝肾的作用 ,临床用于治疗痹 ,有着良好的治疗效果。
In order to observe the clinical effect of “Quhan Zhufeng”mixture for healing Wang arthralgia syndrome, observation of curative effect were made in the same clinical symptom comparing“Fengshi Ye”.The result showed that the effective rate of“Quhan Zhufeng”mixture's group reached 98.3%, while that of control group reached 86.3%(P<0.01), suggesting that the curative effect of“Quhan Zhufeng”mixture can expel pathogenic cold from channel, expel wind dampness, promote blood circulation to stop pain and tonify the liver and kiding.It had a excellent curative effect in healing“Wang”arthralgia syndrome.
