摘要
为了解社区居民对社区医疗保健的需求状况 ,探讨改变人们不良生活方式的运行机制 ,在定性调查基础上从安贞地区随机抽取 2 0 0个家庭 ,安华地区抽取 160个家庭的 360位 2 5～ 65岁居民进行需求调查。结果表明 :82 .5%以上居民认为需要建立社区医疗服务门诊 ,希望得到健康咨询服务、健康体检服务、提供家庭医疗服务、家庭病床服务、急救服务、就医指导。 70 %居民希望对家庭成员健康进行管理 ,50 .5%愿意自费参加社区医疗保健服务。Logistic分析结果显示 ,居民是否愿意自费参加社区医疗保健仅与家庭人均月收入有关。而性别、年龄、公费医疗情况、文化程度与此无关。另外 ,不参加医疗保健主要原因是不希望额外花钱 ,占各种原因的 30 .7% ,其次是不知道效果如何、身体好没必要参加、有其它保健途径 ,分别占 2 0 .7% ,2 0 .7% ,2 1.3% ,不知原因的占 6.6%。说明居民对社区家庭医疗保健服务存在较高比例的需求 ,开展此项服务有其可行性。
In order to know the residents' requirements on medical care,seek the efficient machinist to change bad life styles.On the basis of quantity study,200 aged 25 to 65 years old persons from 200 families in anzhen community and 160 families in anhua community were selected and investigated.The results showed health consultation,health examination,family medical severs,family sick bed,emergency service,medical guildance,were required by over 82.5 percent residents.70 Percent of residents hoped the health of family members were managed,and 50.5 percent residents would like to invest in the services.Logistic analysis found only the family average month income concerned with the attitude of investing in the services,the relative risk is 1.71,95%CI(1.23,2.37)respectively and free medical services condition,age,occupation,education were not concern with the result.The results showed the community medical care services were highly required,and this program had its feasibility.But the financial condition may be the block of self investing in medical care.
