摘要
针对双点压力机主传动链同步性不够的情况,综合考虑了曲柄转角相位差、杆长制造误差,采用有效杆长的方法,建立含间隙的压力机传动链位移差模型,并提出了双点压力机主传动链关键机构的尺寸及其公差优化模型,利用上述优化设计模型计算出主传动系统中关键机构的尺寸及制造偏差,为双点压力机传动链的尺寸和公差设计提供了依据。最后以某型号自动粉末压力机为例进行了分析,验证了所提模型的有效性。
Aiming at insufficient synchronism of two-point press main transmission chain,the model of displacement difference of press transmission chain with clearance is proposed considering the phase deviation of the crank angle and the length deviation of the rod,and the optimization design model about key mechanism in main transmission chain of two-point press is also established,through the above-mentioned model dimensions and manufacturing deviation of key mechanism of two point press main transmission chain will be figured out,thus it provides the theoretic basis for dimensions and manufacturing deviation design.Finally one automatic powder press is taken as an example for analyzing and verifying the effectiveness of the proposed model.
