摘要
对从酸马奶中分离得到的6株肠球菌属乳酸菌进行抗性研究,为内蒙古传统乳及乳制品中益生乳酸菌株在食品、药品的开发和应用中的安全性、抗性方面提供试验数据,也为工业化生产提供安全、优良的乳酸菌菌株。采用目视比浊法和药敏纸片法对试验菌株进行了耐盐、耐胆盐、耐酸、耐碱、耐热、耐药试验。结果表明,6株试验菌株均耐热,可耐受14%的NaCl和1%的胆盐,可耐受pH4.0、pH4.5的酸性条件和pH9.2、pH9.6的碱性条件,对诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、红霉素、阿莫西林、氨苄西林敏感,有2株菌对链霉素有抗性。
The resistance of Enterococcus isolated from koumiss was investigate. To provide safety and resistance experimental data for using probiotic strains of lactobacillus which came from Inner Mongolia traditional milk and dairy products in developing and applying food and drug. Also to provide a safe, desirable lactic acid bacteria strains for industrialized production. The resistance of the six tested strains were assessed by salt tolerance, cholate tolerance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance and drug resistance tests. The six tested strains can tolerate heat, 14% NaCl, 1% bile salt, pH4.0, pH4.5, pH9.2 and pH9.6. All of tested strains showed sensitive to norfloxacin, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, erythromycin, amoxicilin and ampicillin. There are two experimental strains showed resistance to streptomycin.
